Jérôme Pelletier has over 20 years of experience at BBA where he has held various management positions, including Executive Director of Business Development, until recently. His in-depth understanding of challenges in the energy and natural resources sector, combined with his sharp business acumen, allow him to fuel our teams’ resourcefulness and guide them toward developing reliable, safe and sustainable solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in consulting engineering and 12 years of experience at BBA, François Chapados has an excellent understanding of our industry and markets as well as client needs. Involved in many operational management mandates and strategic projects throughout the years, François has developed a solid business network.

Martin Milot has been a member of the BBA team since1999 and is an electrical engineer who has been a key player in implementing the firm’s development plan. He is known for his skills in operational management and process optimization. Martin is responsible for ensuring operational quality and efficiency across Canada while also ensuring the general engagement of our employees.

Vincent Massé has over 20 years of operational and financial experience with high growth private businesses. Since joining BBA, he has successfully led the transformation of its financial operations through rigorous business planning, operational improvements and team building. Vincent has a real talent for establishing relationships, achieving buy-in for mergers and acquisitions and fostering solid change management.

Mr. Vitez is a renewable energy expert with over 27 years of experience in development, engineering and construction management, as well as the O&M of renewable energy projects in North America and Internationally. Mr. Vitez began specializing in the field of hydropower in 1992 on the James Bay Hydroelectric Complex of Hydro Quebec. Early on in his career, Mr. Vitez worked at developing numerous hydropower projects in Nepal, including his own Khudi Hydropower Project. He later worked as VP Hydro at SNC-Lavalin and supported the development of various hydropower and pumped hydro projects of various sizes and execution models from Design-Bid-Build to EPCM and EPC. Over the past decade, Mr.Vitez worked on developing Hydro Storage, Solar and Wind markets and implementing an integrated approach to renewable energy service delivery.

With a technical background in hydraulics and geotechnical engineering, Mr. Vitez has managed and directed all phases of renewable project developments from inception, studies, condition assessments, detailed engineering, to construction, commissioning, and operations.

Mr. Vitez’s career goal is to maximize his contribution to the decarbonization of our economy through economically attractive renewable energy projects. His well-rounded expertise covers multiple disciplines, which adds significant value in the coordination and leadership of large multidisciplinary hydro projects.important to note that other potentially toxic compounds, such as arsenic (As), selenium (Se) and sulphate (SO42-), can be effectively transported at near-neutral and alkaline pH conditions. Similarly, if the drainage chemistry is not properly managed, this can lead to neutral mine drainage (NMD) and saline drainage (SD).

Frédéric Didier is an electrical engineer who joined the BBA team at the start of his career in 1993. He has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2007 and has contributed significantly to defining and implementing BBA’s current strategic plan. Results-driven and committed to providing clients with quality deliverables, he has an in-depth knowledge of the firm’s operations and culture.

Navin Gangadin is a mechanical engineer with 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Given his involvement in all aspects of engineering design, from studies to major detailed engineering projects, he has an excellent understanding of the challenges our clients face in their operational needs. Navin Gangadin joined BBA in 2019 and the executive team in 2020 and uses his combination of technical and business knowledge to assist his team in delivering solutions that meet and even exceed client needs.

Souheil Sabbagh is a recognized leader in applied digital strategies for operational technologies, industrial cybersecurity and digital power systems. His broad industry perspective and strong business acumen have opened new markets for the firm. Known for fostering lasting partnerships and developing innovative digital practices, such as infrastructure digitalization, he has contributed significantly to BBA's growth.

Julia Gartley has been a member of the BBA team since 2019, is a mineral process engineer and leads the Vancouver Mineral Processing team. Her onsite experience gives her a unique perspective on the operability and maintainability of process facilities. Julia Gartley specializes in niobium, gold and copper metallurgy and has managed complex metallurgical test programs, led trade-off studies and been in charge of project teams.

Pierre Deslandes is an electrical engineer with an MBA and, given his strong ability to lead and engage the troops, has held various management positions within the firm. As a member of the BBA team since 1999 and a partner since 2007, he has gained over 20 years of experience in commissioning, testing, pre-operational verification and power system studies. Pierre Deslandes is also very involved in all aspects of corporate and client management.
